Hi, I’m a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian experienced in clinical dietetics in the Philippines and food nutrition in the Middle East.

I created TheAtomicDiet.com because I want to give factual information about food, nutrition, and diet from a dietitian's perspective. My aim is to promote the RND profession.

On the other side, I enjoy reading and listening to music. I find people and LIFE, in general, mysterious yet interesting. And oh, I'm a proud paw-rent to a growing chow puppy named Ming!
